Konichiwa! I will be traveling to Japan as a Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholar to study its educational system and culture from October 1-19, 2006. Feel free to post questions or comments. The bullet train







I rode two bullet trains today. I rode the Nozomi 21 and the Kodama 659. The Nozomi is the fastest of them all. It goes 190 miles per hour. It was actually a very smooth ride. Of course I thought of Charlie the whole time! He would have loved it.
